Complaint

I would like to confirm that the complaint procedure is by phone and there are no designated department.  I have been in touch to complain that my discount is for the duration of 6 months only and I was under the impression that it is for the full contractual period.  Although Virgin media have followed the correct contractual procedure I still feel it is a trick to get customers to sign as I have not noticed at all that my discount will stop after 6 months and to get it reinstated I have to sign for a new 12 months.  Had anyone in the community experienced such an issue before and is there any way around it.  Thank you. honada

Re: Complaint

Hi honada,

I was getting mixed messages from CS 150, too. Look at this response by LG/VM:

Write an old fashioned letter to:

Complaints, Virgin Media, PO Box 333, Matrix Court, Swansea, SA7 9ZJ

Re: Complaint

Hi honada

Sorry to hear that you've been having trouble with your service recently, I just wanted to let you know that to make a complaint, you can contact the team by telephone as you've mentioned, by visiting our [contact us] page or by letting us know what you're not happy with and we'll do our best to escalate this for you.

I hope this helps.

Take care

Craig
