Complaint

My son has tried to complain about our bill for 6 months or more, i want to close my account now as you promised to on so many occasions to put my bill to zero. Tbe last occasion was last week you asked us to pay £130 and then you would zero the rest, YOU HAVENT

to cancel you will need to give CS a call and they will be able to process that for you
