When will I receive a reply to my complaint, i've been waiting over a month.
FYI, Virgin Media Consumer Complaint Resolution Code of Practice, on page 3 it states acknowledgement within 48 hours.

Which way did you make a complaint? Did you speak to an agent or write in to us?
If you spoke to an agent, usually the complaint will be resolved on the phone at the same time.
