Complaint

I have called 3 times tonight after 15 mins on hold they connect then hang up I am trying a different queue same songs again currently on hold for 10 mins still no manager call back impossible to speak to anyone please help

whats the problem - whatever it is VM will get to the thread in about a week - which may or may not be quicker than the phone staff

Thanks Tony all I,m trying to do is cancel my account but no 1 will take my call 20 mins on hold so far after the first 2 calls were disconnected after 15 mins..not by me by the way see if I get through this time 3rd time lucky hopefully

dial 150 or 0345 454 1111 and follow the prompts to - you are thinking of leaving us - dont worry about that they do much more - open 8am -10pm 7 days a week and the plus is its a UK call centre

are you ringing here

Hi Tony I managed to get it sorted it only took 1hr 11 minutes but they have accepted my cancellation thanks for your help
