Complaint still open 3 months on!

If there are any VM customer service staff frequenting these forums - could someone please tell me why a complaint from Nov 2016 can still be open and unresolved?

They aim to resolve them as fast as they can (28 days is the given time I think?) but that's not a rock solid 'it will be done in 28 days'


What was the nature of your complaint?
Do you have a complaint number?

It's relating to poor service for the product and appalling customer service. I do have it somewhere but I can't remember where I wrote it.
I missed a call last week from someone about it but when I called them yesterday they had no new information and suggested a new complaint about the old complaint.

I even had the letter saying it's been 8 weeks blah de blah and that was a month ago.

I guess I will go to the relevant ombudsman or whatever and look at walking away from my contract.

Go to CISAS (will need the complaint number though).


If it was about over utilization (poor peak time internet speeds) then VM wouldn't of fixed it within the 8 weeks, unless it was already close on their plans to do.
