I'm really sorry to hear you've not yet received any response from a complaint letter you've sent in. Taking a look at the account, I'm seeing a letter was received but nothing in it suggested you wanted to make a complaint and the letter was aimed at cancelling.
If this isn't the case, I am very sorry and would love a chance to put things right.
