Complaint letter sent to Swansea

On 24/1/2017 I sent a letter of complaint to Swansea by recorded delivery ref no KK785378231GB.

I received NO 2 /4 day acknowledgment or now, WELL over 28 days later, NO RESPONSE.

What is going on as someone must have signed for letter in Swansea??

I'm really sorry to hear you've not yet received any response from a complaint letter you've sent in. Taking a look at the account, I'm seeing a letter was received but nothing in it suggested you wanted to make a complaint and the letter was aimed at cancelling. 

 

If this isn't the case, I am very sorry and would love a chance to put things right. 

 

What is the issue you are having? What is it that you would like to make a complaint about?
