Closed account but no credit payment received.....

I cancelled my TV, phone and broadband in September due to the price hikes.

My final bill stated I was in credit, but months later I'm still waiting for this money, MY MONEY! to be returned to my account.

Has anyone else had any issues with Virgin repaying customers credit?

How long have others had to wait for the payment?

hiya @warbspeed welcome to the virginmedia community forum, a cheque is normally issued around 35 days after account closure, if this hasn't happened you would need to give customer relations a call via 150 / 0345 454 1111 using option 4 - 5 (thinking of leaving us).
