Christmas ๐ŸŽ… Compensation??

So, not being funny, but...
Two months of continual dropped signals after about half-an-hour (followed by the lengthy router reboots) culminating in total loss of b/band signal since 15th December which technician today stated probably won't be fixed before Xmas ๐ŸŽ… as it's a network adapter problem.
Welcome to the world of VIVID 200meg!!!
Any ideas as to what compensation / gestures of goodwill I should be entitled to.

Re: Christmas ๐ŸŽ… Compensation??

Your will likely get a service credit for the days you have no service, but you'll need a fault number so make sure you have one. You will then need to phone billing and get the credit applied.

Unfortunately as residential contracts have no SLA's your pretty much at VM's whims as to how much that will amount to.
