Charges

Just a bit shocked at our recent bills! Had a call in Feb offering Sky Cinema for 6 months for £10 per month. Which we accepted. No Cinema appeared so we called to find out what happened. Then offered 6 months for free. No brainer.  Now imagine our surprise to find that we are being charged. Seriously thinking about cancelling everything!
