Hi - This evening a chap from your Indian call centre rang me, and talked me through upgrading my account, to this:
My concern's are these:
There is a TiVo monthly fee? We don't have TiVo! Not worried about it.
Also, the chap said it would only be £ 76 for 6 months, not the stated 86?
I rather felt obliged to take his offer after he spent 20 minutes going through it all.
Also, he stated that if I chose not to carry on with this package after 6 months, I could
revert to my previous bundle, but still keep the enhanced broadband speed.
Can you confirm this for me? and query the TiVo monthly fee?

I imagine that if you do not have a TiVo® and are being charged for this service, that the team have therefore instructed to get one sent out to you as part of the new package.
I'm unable to confirm prices for you after 6 months, etc., however, with any package change there is a 14-day cooling off period.
