My main email address has been at orange.net but this is now closing.
I have set up a secondary email at virginmedia.com which will be my main email in future and have set about notifying my contacts and changing logins at websites etc.
Virgin media however send marketing info. to my orange.net email which needs changing.
I am unable to find a setting on My Virgin Media or get through to someone who can help my telephone.
Can anyone help?

To update the address you have registered with us is really easy. You can update the contact address online via My Virgin Media.
I can see you've already spoken to the team on 150 / 0345 454 1111 to do this though so any further emails will come to the new address instead.
