I have been trying to contact customer service to cancel service as bill has jumped up £20 a month. On 3 separate occasions on hold for over 10 mins to be cut off. Spoke to someone in billing who dumped me in the same queue and same thing happened again on hold for 10 plus min and the cut off again. Does anyone know of another number. Really frustrating now.
If I'm right that should put you with retentions, who should be able to deal with it.
