Trying to get through on the phone, keep getting cut off after 10 mins, then have to through the hassle of entering account number Tec again. All I want to do is cancel my TV service! Very poor service!
I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue cancelling Virgin TV.
If you have more than one service with us then make sure you are selecting the options for wanting to change something. If you only have TV with us then it's Customer Relations who you'll need to speak too.
