Cancelled my contract. still getting billed

Hi 

Cancelled my contract in september but i still keep getting billed. Should i just cancel my direct debit and ignore the latest bill?

You could, but if the cancellation hasn't been processed properly that may lead to other issues, eg debt collectors .

Better route is to ring in and check your account status.
