Hi, I had arranged for my services to be switched off and the date given was Jan 5th. My TV and broadband were switched off but my phone service is still active. Not only is it active, the package has also changed. How is this possible as everything was supposed to be cancelled? I hadn't been using the email for weeks but looking at it today there's an email 'confirming' changes to my phone package. I didn't ask for this so any chargeable changes are on Virgin.
