Cancelled 30 days ago but no acknowledgement or packaging sent for virgin box etc

Hi my partner and I are moving to china so rang to cancel our broadband on 20/01/17 - we only had 30 days left on our contract so perfect timing. We haven't received any letters or any packaging to send back the equipment or any acknowledgement of cancelling but by my calculations our contract ends in 2 days time, and we're moving away. Any suggestions on what were meant to do??

hiya @LCzumba1985 best to give customer relations a callback via 150 / 0345 454 1111 choosing option 1 - 5 -4 (thinking of leaving us), since as for the hardware if its a old hub pre-hub3 or or v+ box virginmedia don't normally ask for these back.
