Cancellation query

My account was cancelled on 3 DEC but am still receiving virgin TV and am awaiting packages to send equipment back,should I be worried about another bill or bide my time

If you cancelled on 3rd of December, your disconnection is due in 2nd of Jan.

So you will be billed up to then.

To clarify I gave 30 days notice on Nov 2 nd

In that case, yes you should be worried.

Services usually terminate midnight on day before disconnection or thereabouts. If you still have service 2 days later I would be ringing in to make sure your cancellation has been processed correctly.
