I spoke to someone in Retentions on21/2/17 and cancelled my account, as I have moved to another provider. After much discussion and the offer of a cheaper deal, I confirmed that I wanted to cancel. I was told this had been done. However, I have had no confirmation by email or post and am concerned it hasn't been done. How can I check, other than by phone?
While it still works you will find the confirmation you want in MyVirginMedia (log-in). I think it is unders "orders" or billing.
