Cancellation and direct debit payments November and December 2016

Good afternoon

Your Ref: ********

My account with Virgin was cancelled in October and services transferred to SKY. However, 2 amounts have been debited from my Santander current account:-

£47.95 on 12/12/16 and

£59.07 on 11/11/16

Please confirm immediate repayment of these amounts by return. I can provide you with my bank details as appropriate.

07730 ********* (mobile)

Please also advise if you want your Virgin Media equipment returned as we have not received notification from you on this.
