it will take week or 2 weeks for staff to get back to you on here you should get the contact it says the mail adreess you can only do it via that i don't think the forum staff can cancel orders only you can via mail

Or just call VM up (150 from a VM phone) and follow the options to "thinking of leaving" and tell them you want the contract terminating due to unacceptable installation delays from the original date given.
