I've cancel my contract with virgin in October and I got the letter explaining how to return my equipment. I've send my equipment and was delivered on December the 13th and I have the parcel receipt proving that but I'm still getting the bill every month to pay. I've try to call customer relations and they keep transfer me through other departments and then the call was disconnected so I've decided no to waste my time and money calling customer support. I would like to know what I need to do to stop getting bills to pay.
