I'm 12 months into an 18-month minimum term but have now had enough of the TV service. Reliable but so very slow and cumbersome to operate. I'm going back to Sky but would like to hang onto the BB and phone provided Virgin don't try and sting me on early termination charges etc. What are they like in these circumstances? If I keep BB/phone, they get to keep a customer; otherwise it's back to Sky for everything.
You can but you will asked to pay early termination charges if you are still within the minimum period for your services. That is how it is.
