I need to cancel my contract/change it into my former flatmate's name but I cannot call as I'm currently in Australia. Does anyone have any advice on best way to contact the customer service team from abroad?
My 18 month contract has expired but it has continued to roll on.
If you don't want to phone (as it would likely run up a big bill) you could use their online Live Chat service. This is like an instant messenger and at the end of the conversation you can save the chat - so you have written confirmation of what has been discussed and agreed.
