Cancel Broadband and Phone line

Who do I speak to out of the options offered on the phone to cancel my contract with these people.

From the main menu go with Option 4 -> Option 5. The option is staffed between 8AM to 8PM M-F and 8AM to 6PM Sa, closed Su (not including bank holidays etc.)
