I can't view my current or previous bills. I can get on to the My Bills page, but when I click on either the 'View This Bill' link or the 'View Bills' tab, I get the following message:
This site can’t be reached
The connection was reset.
Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
I'm using Windows 10 and Chrome. I've tried Microsoft Edge but a similar thing happens. I've looked at the 'Having trouble accessing eBilling...' section on the Help pages but I've only ever used one email address - it did change a long time ago from a 'googlemail' address to a 'gmail' address but that hasn't caused any problems in the past.
