I'm having problems viewing my bill or bills using both mac and iPad. When I click on bill or bills I just get a blank page and then it stops downloading.
Welcome to the community and thanks for getting in touch about the issue accessing your bills via the Apple systems you have.
I have checked with a colleague who is using an iPhone to access both the site via the app and Safari and there are no issues with them accessing their this billing evening that we can find.
