Can't see upgrade offers

I'm wanting to look at my upgrade options, but clicking the page yields this:

Looking at the console, I see these errors:

Not sure if they're linked. Been like that for at least the past 3 months.

Any ETA for a fix? Would prefer to see my options on one page and not have to be sold to over the phone.

Hi mynameislee, 

 

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you are having an issue trying to access the My Offers page. 

 

As you are getting an error on there, it's more than likely you have a loyalty discount on your account. Most loyalty discounts come with a term that aren't allowed to be used in conjunction with another offer. 

 

The My Offers page, bases the prices against what you pay now. If you go through with an offer, the discount gets taken off and you end up with a higher bill than you wanted or agreed to. 

 

Give the team a call on 150 / 0345 454 1111 and they can take a look at things by going through your package to see what you have, what you want and what we can do to make it possible Smiley Happy

Hi mynameislee, 

 

Thanks for coming back to us on this. 


As mentioned in my previous post, whenever you have a loyalty discount on the account, you will see this error message. 

 

If you would prefer to have the option to upgrade online, we'd need to remove any loyalty discounts on the account meaning the bill would go up. 

 

I know it's not the most convenient however currently this isn't a fault.

Kath_F, could you please explain what you mean by 'loyalty discount'? AFAIK, I'm paying the full price - £76/mo for the 200mb Internet, TV XL, Phone M. This was the priced specified after the new customer period was over, so I'm not sure what discounts/benefits I'm getting. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for posting back here in the Community. 

There could be a number of different loyalty discounts depending on your exact package. 

Just to give you an example, a lower price for a multiroom, a free TiVo® instead of the existing £5 per month charge, could even be a promotional offer. 

The fact that you can't access this page means there is some code on your account. Have a chat to the team on 150 / 0345 454 1111 for them to check what code is causing this.
