Can't see my engineer appointment in MyVM

Hi, i received my quick install on saturday but alas it did not work, so call customer service and they. poked an engineer to come on saturday, i can't find the appointment anywhere and haven't received a mail or text to confirm this, the contract started on the 7th so i don't want to lose two weeks if they don't turn up, so is there anyway to confirm my appointment? thanks Tim

That's a bug which happens sometimes with My VM and engineer appointments, your engineer appointment should be fine.

Ring 0345 454 1111 from any phone -> Option 1 -> confirm your details -> Option 4 -> then either either option 1 (Customer Care) or Option 5 (Customer Relations.) They can check it for you.
