Can't Login or create account My Virgin Media

I cannot register an account and all it says when I try is,

"We are not able to set up your my Virgin Media account at the moment. Please try again later, or you can also set up your my Virgin Media account at the time of your broadband installation. We are looking forward to connecting you to your superfast broadband.".

Does anyone have a solution?

Apologies to hear you've not been able to register for My Virgin Media. Checking things at this end, it looks as though there is no user profile activated. 

 

I've gone into the account and raised an IT Ticket for this to be corrected. Usually they take 7 - 10 days to resolve tickets. Once resolved I'll let you know for you to try again Smiley Happy
