Broadband only?

Can you downgrade your package so you just have broadband instead of phone and TV?

Re: Broadband only?

hiya @Loubie88 yes you can but might not be saving that much since having a bundle e.g. telephone, broadband,TV services.. with removing services best having a chat with customer relations choosing option 4 -5 ( thinking of leaving us), will be able to advise on what the cost would be..

also you need to give 30 days notice of intention to remove any services.

Re: Broadband only?

I downgraded to broadband only cancelling TV and phone now cost me £28 a month from 200mb to 100mb With a discount for 18 months.

My discounts finished so my package went up to £58 a month rang up to cancel and thats what they offered never used the phone or watched the tv which worked out free,I've got sky so kept the tv for the kitchen.

Was going to go for a sim card with ee worked out about £10 a month
