Broadband cabling and installation

We as a company requested a broadband and Phone service in the beginning of February. To date we are still waiting due to incompetence of the Installation and the lack of experience of people handling the case. Initially it was a blockage which was resolved but then contractor did not complete the job. Every time we call they give an excuse that the contractor they use give a date of installation and then when the date comes nothing gets done. I have never known a company as large to be so inefficient in supplying a service using contractors that can hardly speak any English. We were told it would take no more then 3 weeks in total. now almost 10 weeks and still waiting. We are now given the completion date of 10 of April for the civil works to be completed which was supposed to be done at the beginning. After which the installation date will be given. Can this get any worse. Maybe.

They say the same thing over and over worst service ever . Really fed  up with them.
