Our services were connected on 6th January. One of the deciding reasons to go with Virgin over the competitor(s) was that bonus of the free bluetooth speaker for new customers. Previous posts in the community have stated that customers have to wait 42 days before raising the issue that it hasn't arrived, so here I am, I haven't received the speaker yet. I didn't know about the 42 days originally and had 2 separate online chat helpers inform me that they would deal with the issue within 7 days, but on both occasions I heard absolutely nothing about it.

I'm sorry to hear you've not yet received your speaker. This can sometimes happen but we are more than happy to chase things up for you.
I can see you've already been able to speak to the team regarding this and they have filled out an exception form for you. This went over to the Rewards team and they have checked your account and confirmed eligibility
They then sent your details over to the company that provide the hardware. As you're still waiting I have popped an email over to the Head of the Rewards Team to find out what's going on.
