Hi, for the last few days, maybe going on to a week, when I log in to My Virgin Media on any browser and any connection all I get on that page is the welcome "Hi Chris" my account number and area code that is it, nothing else.
Usually on this page we get the bill overview, what package we are on and also it usually has the status of the Speed Upgrade that is due in my area.
A friend showed me his account and all the information was there (he is on Area 14) too.
It would be great to have this information back, as I am still waiting for Area 14 (BD21) to get the speed upgrade, last I saw it was end of November 2016, then it stated end of July 2015... (confused? yes I was!) but without this page working I don't know the status.
