Black Friday Offer Virgin SuperFibre 50 - voucher wasn't applied

Yesterday I ordered the Black Friday offer, but to my surprise the voucher VMVBOX50 for new customers isn't applied so I don't get the £50 credit on my account.

Can customer care fix this for me please?

Did you sign up through VM's website or a 3rd party one?

If you wait staff will be able to pick it up and get a look for you.

FYI credit is normally applied to a bill, not specifically at joining but wait for staff to confirm.

Response times are about a week ATM.

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you are having an issue with your voucher code being accepted. 

 

We're only able to chase things like this up if the offer is on the original work order. 

 

As it's not, give the sales team a call on 0800 183 1234. They will be able to get things sorted for you if the code is still valid Smiley Happy
