Bills arrive late/ charged late fee

Hi
virgin send me my bill via email.
I then pay by Virgin Quick pay.

Last month the bill arrived a day after tge payment due date and I was handed a late payment fee of £10.
This months bill is still yet to arrive and I fear that virgin will again try and charge me a late payment fee.

Is anyone else having this problem

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you haven't been receiving your email reminders that your bill has been produced on time. 

 

The best thing to do, to avoid being late is to log in to My VM and view your bill online. 

 

Your bill will be generated around the same time each month. Have you considered setting up a Direct Debit? This will ensure you never miss a payment again Smiley Happy
