How do I only pay part of my bill online?

There is a quick pay option in my Virginmedia. As to part payments I’m not sure.

If full bill doesn’t get paid by the bill date they will cut off though.

Thanks for getting in touch about the part payment options Smiley Happy

Please bear in mind, if you have a pending Direct Debit on the account this will NOT adjust when you make a part payment. You can find out more about DD's on one of my previous posts Direct Debits

If you do have a DD pending you need to call our teams or Webchat them to make sure this is adjusted to reflect the part payment you have made.

If you are making manual payments then this is fine Smiley Happy

If you need the teams you can contact them via 150 or 0345 454 1111 or via Webchat for any billing or package related queries where they can clear security with you.

Webchat can be contacted via the site online and you can speak to them if you prefer this option by choosing the Chat Online option:

E.G-Account and Billing > Manage Your Account Online
