I've been with virgin for 3 months and I'm already thinking about cancelling it My question is why do I seem to be paying double every month I get my bill threw the post saying it's £98 and when I go to pay it it's £194 What can I do about this

As the issue's you're having are account related you will need to give us a call on 150 free from any Virgin Media line or 0345 454 1111 from any other line. One of our team will then be able to view your account and help you further.
