Billing

I've been with virgin for 3 months and I'm already thinking about cancelling it
My question is why do I seem to be paying double every month
I get my bill threw the post saying it's £98 and when I go to pay it it's £194
What can I do about this

where do you pay your vm bill at.do you get a receipt saying that you have paid vm that amount

Your first bill will be for 2 months, that's the standard VM T&Cs. 

What services are you paying for? Do you have your phone line or mobile phone with them? 

Click the link to 'My Virgin Media' and check your bill, this will list exactly what you're contracted to pay and what period your paying for.

Yer I've already paid the two month one but now virgin are asking for the same amount again

I'm sure we can help get things cleared up for you (if you haven't done so already).

As the issue's you're having are account related you will need to give us a call on 150 free from any Virgin Media line or 0345 454 1111 from any other line. One of our team will then be able to view your account and help you further.
