Billing

How do I contact Virgin media. Phone disconnected and I'm not willing to pay mobile costs to ring them when I have waited a month for a callback

Welcome to the Community, this is one way to contact usMan Happy. You can also call on 150 from any Virgin line or 0345 454 1111 from any other  if we need to clear security with you or visit VirginMedia.com/contactus.

 

As you've titled this thread Billing, I'm guessing we do need to clear security so give our team a call and we'll take a look at this right away. If you're experiencing any faults with your service then I'll be able to help to get them sorted.
