Billing itemisation

How can i find out how much im paying for each part of my bill.  Virgin do not appear to have an email address for any kind of technical support and i cant find an answer anywhere.

My bill seems to be creeping up and the Big Easy Bundle doesn't tell me what im paying for.  Id like a separate breakdown for each bit.

When you have a bundle, there is no individual cost for each of the services you have. They are bundled in to one package for one price. You get a discount for each extra service you have too so trying to tally them up as separate services won't give you a realistic price. 

 

If you're unhappy with what you are currently paying, give the team a call on 150 / 0345 454 1111. They will talk through what you have vs what you need / want. We can also talk through costs to ensure you're happy Smiley Happy
