Billing issues

Hi,

Hoping one of the mods can help. Every month for the last 10 or so months, I have had to call and sort out billing issue on my account due to a discount not being applied. Once more this month the discount has not been applied and I am now really fed up calling every single month to get this sorted. Your notes should have all the details, but I can private message once a reply is received.
