Billing for Broadband

Seen as there appears to be no email address for Virgin media to contact and no one available on the chat section I need to find out why I am being charged £31.24 a month now for Broadband from £28.25 with no notification about this? Can you advise on this ASAP

You will have been advised by email or letter of a £2.99 price increase on your broadband only service from November 1.

Hi Demanda28, 

 

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you were unaware of the price increase. 

 

We sent out letters regarding this back in August and September and then gave a further month in October for people to speak to us regarding this and the increase would be on October's bill. 

 

To speak to the team regarding this, you will need to give us a call on 150 / 0345 454 1111. The team can check your package to make sure it's suitable and if not we can look at other options Smiley Happy
