Bill priced incorrect? No offer?

So I signed up for sim only offer usually 25 but 15 a month for 20G and 5000 mins etc but I just got my first email saying £25 will come out of my account I only signed up because of this wonderful offer? Why do I have an email saying 25 will come out direct debit when it should be 15? Anyone have a clue?
