Bill confusion?

Hello folks!

There seems to be an error on my last 2 bills?, that would be the last and the current one!

I renegotiated my contract back in October which I duly signed and returned (electronically!) on Nov 5th. Sadly this has not been applied to the last bill nor the current one, and instead I seem to have a 'permanent' credit attached instead.

I think it would make more sense if this credit was taken off the current bill, and subsequent bills should then be made in line with my new contract.

Perhaps one of the forum staff could check this out for me?
