Hi I'm unable to access the my bills section of my Virginmedia to see my latest bill
Just says OOPS there's a technical hitch!!

We need to have a little further information in order to help with this.
What browser are you using?
Try clearing the cache and cookies to see if this helps.
Is there any difference if using another browser?
Also make sure you are using the Primary log in details
