Big Kahuna

I'm on Big Kahuna package and fed up of price hikes and service. I've been with VM for over 12 years and just out of contract for this year. If I'm not offered a good deal I will be going elsewhere. Can anyone recommend another provider with the same sort of package ?.

Rang yesterday but system was down . Just rang but wasn't offered anything decent. How many times do I need to repeat myself I want to cancel services (7 times)!!. Persistent and annoying "customer services" agent who wouldn't listen to a word I said. Proceeded to tell me how silly I was to leave and of course I could afford the bill!!!. If I had any reservations about leaving, I am define now.
