I am absolutely sick and tired of the poor service I am receiving from virgin media. My cable box on the outside of my house has had the cover blown off in the last gale we had a couple of weeks ago and the engineer was supposed to be here between 8 and 12 but never turned up so I stayed in for nothing. Can't wait for my contract to finish then off I go to another supplier

Apologies the engineer did not turn up, I am unsure as to why this happened but I would like to get another engineer booked in for you, partially to fix the lost cover but also because your downstream power levels are on the high side.
