Having contacted VM several times over the past couple of mths re their price increases all to no avail [my costs have risen by approx. 65% in twelve mths ] There has been no way that VM would review my costs for the same service--that is until I pulled the plug on them after 25yrs of being a customer in one way or an other.
I received a couple of phone calls to NOW offer me a better deal by reducing my bills by the above amount to that of 12mths ago. They were unable to understand why I now said NO to them.
Why should one have to change supplier to obtain a better price--loyalty no longer comes into a situation, and by the way my WI-FI is better.
WAKE UP VM before many more customers change their suppliers , speed may be one thing but customer service is an other.
