BILLING QUERY - CANCELLED VIRGIN

Hi

 

I would like someone to look at my bill as everytime I ring and get nowhere and last time I rang I got cut off Smiley Sad Last year I asked how much notice I had to give as wasn't happy with price and they said I didn't have to give any notice as had VM for over 8 years. My account was disconnected on 1st Feb at my request but you are a bill till 24th Feb?? I am not paying this and wont get any correspondence as I have moved out now. My partner had virgin installed at new property and the bill was much higher than expected so I don't have disposable income to pay the debt (I shouldn't have) Can someone look into this for me??

hiya @orangatan the forum team dont get that involved in billing queries, your best having a chat with customer relations choosing option 1 - 5 - 4 (thinking of leaving us) they deal with complex issues
