Been trying to get my landline fixed, bought new phones etc, no fault at virgins end, broadband cuts out when peak times, try to get things fixed, just get in touch with India, just want a good service

I've completed some checks from this end just in case, and there does appear to be some power level issues with the equipment.
I've not been able to detect any further faults with the landline. Hopefully, this has since resolved itself.
In regards to your broadband connection, I'd like to arrange for one of our engineers to visit.
