I'm trying to activate my new broadband account but can't find the area reference - it says it on the email I have been sent but I haven't received anything. I only have the new account number from the in-store paperwork. My postcode is M33 7EF

I have looked back 6 months on the eBills for 3 different phones and they do NOT have the Area reference on them.

This seems to be one more example of the shambolic Virgin Website.
Currently I have two accounts, one with one phone on it and one with two phones on it all registered to the same email address... (not my doing) and I can only ever log on the the account with two phones registered. (but that's another story)
